Es Llonguet came about by chance. The company who own this obsolete building decided to do some work with the intention of conserving its heritage and see if they could rent it out. Some tenants came forward with a great idea to create a unique spot in Menorca: a bar/bakery where to forget about serving draft beer and cured jam and think of a trendy patisserie and café with the irresistible aroma of freshly made bread and pastries and soft jazz music playing in the background instead.
A perfect blend of design based on what the tenants themselves proposed, successfully creating the type of space to meet its new purpose.
