This is a ground-floor property with the appeal of a 50 linear metre patio, situated in the heart of Mahón. We used a ploy to annex an auxiliary area to one that was not suitably located, achieving an interior patio that ventilates the rooms attached to it. The long and narrow kitchen acts as the joining point between the old and new, cleverly merging the whole layout.
