The Hotel Carlos III turned 50 years old in 2012 and, to celebrate this landmark, it was totally renovated at the highest level. In just 6 months we replaced all the facilities, updating the bedrooms and bathrooms and repairing any existing hidden flaws. We collaborated closely as a team, putting in a lot of work and effort to adapt the hotel to our client Artiem’s philosophy, which focuses on providing their guests with an experience of wellbeing and health. Their motto is: Fresh People Hotels.
